On 14 and 15 August, project researchers Kristīne Krumberga and Kārlis Lakševics participated in the Mērsrags Science Festival “Mērsraga ābols”. During the festival, visitors were introduced to the field of hydrosocial research and invited to discuss the relationships we form with water in our everyday lives, both individually and collectively. Visitors of different generations explored these topics through their own experiences and through play: completing a water experience bingo, guessing concepts and answering tricky questions, colouring mythical water creatures, and analysing the hydrosocial cycle at the societal level.
